time for somemore therapeutic blogging amidst my pathetic slow revision.
had a GREAT christmas dinner in my flat yesterday night! haha.. had 3 friends over, so including me and my flat mates, there were 7 of us in total. had an absolutely bomb of a meal, with fresh mushroom soup ( which i made and used tons and tons of mushrooms for ), followed by turkey which we roasted, potatoes, veg, sausages wrapped in bacon, stuffing( which wasnt very nice cos it was the instant stuff). All our plates were absolutely overflowing with food.. haha. had onion gravy and cranberry sauce to go with turkey..
then we had 3 desserts! had blueberry mouse with cream ontop ( freshly made too by rhian!), then yule log( which is basically chocolate swiss roll) which was drop dead gorgeous cos the icing was soooooooo chocaloty, then topped off with christmas cookies which rhian and becky baked!I was actualy struggling to breathe after that meal.. haha. we all exchanged our secret santa presents too which was fun.. hehe.
t'was a good night indeed..
