Pseudo Curry
im currently waiting for my overcooked rice to dry up in my rice cooker.. and there waitin in the pan for me is my pseudo curry.
why psuedo? well i brought up one of those butter chicken curry mix, the ones you by from mustafas? well, instructions were simple, " add tomato puree followed by yoghurt or double cream." I possessed neither. what i DID possess was bolognaise tomato sauce with extra mushrooms, and onken mango-passion fruit and papaya- yoghurt. hahaa... so i thought they would be alright substitutes. ahha.. the result of that is a rather sour cum sweetish tasting curry, not at all like butter chicken curry, with an initial taste of mango/passion fruit? hahahaha..
well there you go, my curry with italian herbs ( from the tomato sauce) and fruit yoghurt. haha. i cant wait.
