ST PIERREs - the food at my birthday
( from left down to right)
1. complimentary first course
- turkey with black truffle
- muhroom capuccino
- glazed butternut
- caviar and eggplant mash
2. crab meat salad with tomato and
wasabi based dressing
3. my foiegras( i cant describe it cos theyve just changed the menu online)
4. ben's foeigras
classic pan-fried foie gras with caramelised green apples and old port sauce
5. cream of chestnut soup with mushrooms, black truffle, truffle oil, with a dash of beetroot mash on the side
6. orange sorbet to cleanse the pallate
7. pan fried sea bream with deep fried scallop ( this was the only disappointing dish)
ah there you have it! we shared everything so we basically had a 6 course meal. hahaha it was YUMMYYYY and ex too. =@s
