and yesterday.... mary and I went to see a wedding fashion show cum exhibition at the edinburgh corn exchange..it was great as we had free entry cos we registered before the 6th of feb.. the fashion show was bout 35 min - quite short as it was repeated every 2 hours - which featured different wedding dresses from the hideous ones to the pretty stunning ones.. they also had 2 male models who modelled scottish quilts.. haha some of the combinations were quite yucky.. there was one quilt which was major check overload, haha..
the actual exhibition itself was a gathering of wedding services from cakes, jewellery, shoes, photography, harpist, wedding favours, card designs...etc. they also had a chocolate fountain but unfortunately we couldn help ourselves freely to it..we had to go through a lady who dipped the marshmallow/fruits into the chocolate for you. haha.. oh wells..
we got quite a few freebies too... a very heavy scottish wedding magazine and free samples of System Professional shampoo/mask/repairing shampoo.. so all in all it was a nice lil outing! except that we got on the wrong bus coming bk and ended up at the airport! haha.. oh wells... we made the full use of our day ticket.. anyway here are some pics..
